Adding an Attachment to a Receipt
Attachments can be added to new receipts, and to existing receipts that have not been exported to your accounting software. Receipts that have been exported to your accounting software will have a Posted deposit status and cannot be edited.
Access the create Receipt feature from the following:

To add an attachment from a folder
- Create or open an existing receipt.
- Select Attach - From Folder from the toolbar.
- Navigate to the attachment folder location, and then select the attachment.
- Click on the Open button. The attachment appears in the receipt screen.
To add an attachment from a camera or scanner
You must first attach your camera or scanner in order to use this feature.
- Create or open an existing receipt.
- Select Attach - From Camera/Scanner from the toolbar.
- Navigate to the attachment folder location, and then select the attachment.
- Click on the Open button. The attachment appears in the receipt screen.
